For PKM enthusiasts
You tried the vaults. The graph was beautiful and the maintenance was a job. Hominis starts from what you already do — opening pages — and gives it place, persistence, and connection without asking for a single note. Notes are there when you want them; nothing breaks when you don’t.
the anti-vault: structure emerges from browsing, tags are optional
Provenance links and optional tags mean the map draws itself. There is no inbox of unfiled captures, because there is no capture step.
A note is a tile. It sits beside the pages it is about, in the workspace that owns them — not in an app you have to remember to open.
Workspaces restore exactly as you left them. The half-finished reading layout from Tuesday is still a layout on Thursday.
