Tracking protection blocks scripts that follow you across sites. Some pages depend on those scripts and would break without them, so Hominis replaces a few common ones with harmless stand-ins that let the page load without tracking you.
Protection levels
Choose a level in Settings → Privacy & security: Standard (the default, which breaks the fewest sites), Strict, Absolute (no exceptions, so more sites break) or Custom.
If a page still doesn’t work
Click the site’s icon on the tile header to open the trust panel and turn off Tracking protection for that site. The rest of the web stays protected. You can turn it back on from the same place.
